How do I know if I can afford a Home Loan?
This is where one your Loan Cube Australia Finance Managers come in handy! We will sit down with you and work out how much you can comfortably afford in repayments per month, based on your current circumstances.

What kind of deposit am I looking at?
This depends on your circumstances, generally 5% of the purchase price is the minimum, it also depends if you are comfortable paying Lenders Mortgage Insurance. If you chose not to pay Lenders Mortgage Insurance, you will need a minimum of 20% of the purchase price as deposit. Not sure what Lenders Mortgage Insurance is?
